About Dr. Jess Edelstein — Licensed Psychologist in Fairfield County, CT

Helping children, teenagers, adults, and families live calmer, more fulfilling lives through evidence-based, mindfulness-informed therapy.

My Mission as a Psychologist

My goal is simple: to help clients and their families live more harmonious, satisfying, and productive lives.
I provide a warm, compassionate space where people feel safe, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges — whether that’s managing anxiety, rebuilding relationships, or rediscovering purpose during times of change.

For more than 26 years, I worked on the front lines of the public school system, gaining a deep understanding of the pressures children, adolescents, and families face every day. Today, I bring that experience into my private practice, where I help clients reduce stress, improve emotional balance, and strengthen communication — at home, at work, and within themselves.
